Learn How to make Georgian Khatchapuri

Fancy trying your hand at making this traditional cheese filled Georgian bread? You’re in luck, as Henley’s Geo Café is hosting a khatchupri workshop on 28th October at their Friday Street café.

If you’ve never eaten one then you’re in for a treat.

The workshop with hosts Georgian Feasts, will teach you how to make both Atcharuli and Imeruli techniques. One is like a cheese filled flat bread the other boat shaped filled with cheese and finished with an egg…what’s not to like about that?

You better get in quick for what sounds like a fabulous foodie journey of an evening which comprises of all materials, recipe and apron provided, a Georgian meal with speciality Georgian coffee or tea and an oven ready Imeruli khatchapuri to take away. You can also BYOB.
