Exciting news on the dining out front for Henley as award winning and highly acclaimed Crockers of Henley launch new á la carte restaurant Ember, opening on Friday 15th October.

Headed up by former National Chef of Wales Tom Westerland and his team, Ember’s menu is inspired by fire and flame, and will offer an exciting range of seasonal dishes cooked over coals. Highlights include • venison with sweetcorn and black garlic • native lobster with ‘mac & cheese’ and crispy chicken wings, and • Orkney scallops with hot chicken fat and sea buckthorn (pictured above).

Tom’s flavour-packed food is refined yet fun and perfect for any occasion. Ember’s seasonal menu sits alongside a great value set lunch offering, plus there’s an epic evening-only tasting menu.

“Tom’s exciting menu of seasonal dishes have all been ‘touched by flame and smoke’ whether it’s a loin of wild venison grilled over the blistering heat of our bespoke robatayaki grill, a salad of sweet lobster claws dressed in charcoal oil, or fragrant mandarins left to cook in the dying embers of the fire.”

Reservations are now live. For more information and menus visit henley.crockersuk.com/ember-menus
