This along with hundreds of years of brewing history there is no shortage of vineyards, breweries and distilleries to visit in the area.

A new era of world class, single estate, sparkling wines from Stonor Valley one of the most beautiful dry chalk valleys in England. Hundred Hills is being served at over twenty Michelin-starred restaurants, often featuring on the wine pairing in restaurants like Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, The Fat Duck, Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, and the Hand and Flowers.

Chiltern Valley Winery & Brewery

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Old Luxters is home to ‘Chiltern Valley Wines’, its Vineyard, Winery, Old Luxters Brewery, Liqueur making facilities and cellar shop. The first vines were planted in 1982 on the slopes of the Chiltern Hills, surrounded by beech woodland and overlooking the beautiful Hambleden Valley near Henley-on-Thames
