Richard Madeley makes Henley Literary Festival debut

As Henley Literary Festival edges closer to announcing their main festival programme, the festival are keeping their Henley audiences entertained with another Pop-up in June with TV legend and Sunday Times bestselling author, Richard Madeley on 6th June.

Richard, co-creator of the hugely popular Richard and Judy Book Club, has written three Sunday Times best- selling novels, Some Day I’ll Find You, The Way You Look Tonight, The Night Book and the critically acclaimed biography Fathers and Sons. He’s making his Henley Literary Festival debut with his gripping new revenge thriller – Father’s Day – at a Pop-up event at Christ Church, a week before Father’s Day on 16th June.

Set in the picturesque Cotswolds, Father’s Day explores the power of paternal love, the evil of online trolling, and the morality of extrajudicial punishment. Father’s Day; a day of vengeance.

Festival director Harriet Reed Ryan said: “We’re excited to welcome Richard to Henley for the first time – joining us for a Pop-up with his gripping new fiction book.”
