Salt Wellness and Health Bar comes to Thameside
Henley is blessed with excellent health and wellbeing spaces and soon we’ll be welcoming to the fold Salt Wellness boutique health and fitness space over looking the river on Thameside.
In what was the Spice Merchant, this beautiful building is currently undergoing a major makeover converting the old restaurant with Salt positioning itself as a 360° wellness destination, offering a blend of boutique fitness, recovery, and social space.
In addition to their three wellness concepts there will be a health bar and outside terrace for organic drinks, collagen smoothies, protein shakes and post‑session unwinding.
Salt Wellness, born in Berkhamsted, say that they bring decades of experience in boutique health and fitness, shaping three core wellness concepts that blend movement with restorative practice.
What to expect? Reformer, Barre, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Strength & Sculpt, Sound. Red Light, Pre and postnatal. A private Wellness Room with an infrared sauna, ice bath and rainfall shower, a private Red Light room and Hyperbaric oxygen therapy. A Health Bar, a dedicated co-working space and an outdoor terrace.
