Fitness & Yoga Sessions with Leander

Fancy some fitness & yoga sessions with Olympic rowers? Leander Club is running free daily online classes during the week direct from the world’s premier rowing club’s Club House on the Thames in Henley.

Cardio HIIT sessions are with Toby Garbett, Olympian and two-time World Champion, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Triathlon Coach, and the Yoga classes are with double Olympian and Olympic Champion Katherine Copeland who is also a qualified Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer.

The classes are live daily at 12.00 noon and run for 45 minutes.

  • Monday – Cardio HIIT with Toby Garbett – “High intensity interval workout” with warmup and a range of different body weighted exercises
  • Tuesday – Yoga with Katherine Copeland
  • Wednesday – Pilates with Toby Garbett – top ten core strength moves
  • Thursday – Yoga with Katherine Copeland
  • Friday – Pure strength with Toby Garbett – How to use your body weight and home apparatus (chairs, tables and even bottles of wine!) to get a great workout
