Holland & Barrett’s spangly new store in Henley opened their doors on Wednesday 25th September.

With a bright and fresh look the store boats the latest ranges of Holland & Barrett health and wellness solutions, including leading brands including their new food range.

Created by Holland & Barrett’s nutritionists and chefs, customers have access to food tailored to their specific wellness needs and specialised diets and addresses key aspects such as gut health and skin. They say that they have taken the lead as the first major-retailer to introduce ‘Plant Points’ on food labelling, encouraging customers to incorporate a diverse range of at least 30 different plants a week.

Within the store the Henley team are all qualified to advise customers to offer personalised support for their wellness goals, which will also include a Women’s Health Coach to ‘offer a deeper level of expertise and confidential support on hormone health’.

Store Manager, Elisabeta Colcer, said, “We’re thrilled to be opening our new store right in the heart of Henley-On-Thames. We have an expert team who come with many years of experience at H&B and within the wellness industry. We have provided all our colleagues with additional training to ensure they can offer the best advice across health and wellness to our customers. We’re all super excited to meet the residents of Henley-On-Thames and to start supporting the community on their wellness journeys.”

Sustainability is at the heart of the new store, which has been refitted using mild steel, a 100% recyclable material, along with FSC certified wood. LED powered lighting has also been designed to be more efficient, reduce energy consumption and cut carbon emissions. Through H&B’s store transformation programme, recycled materials have been used where possible from old stores to minimise waste.
