We all need and deserve some self care, particularly around how we handle stress and how our bodies react to it.

Nilbon Yoga host small groups yoga therapy sessions which are structured to help with the pain that is experienced as result of a variety of conditions. including chronic pain, back pain, lower back pain, arthritis and are hosting a Yoga for Women’s Health Workshop on Saturday 11th March which is being held in person at Studio One in Nettlebed and online. In this workshop, they will talk about the benefits of having a self-care routine and how stress can affect hormones and our nervous system.

“We will discuss how to adapt a yoga practice to the menstrual cycle and how yoga can be a supportive tool for menopause as we go through different stages of life.

We will practice yoga (including gentle movement, breathwork, and yoga Nidra) together. By the end of the workshop, you will have useful tools that you can apply in your daily life.”
