Uplifting and empowering conversations is what you can expect at Henley’s newest venture for women to connect, the Henley Female Network. Whether you are looking for personal or professional development, or simply a chance to meet new people and have fun, this network is for you.

One of the founders and hosts of The Henley Female Network ‘Breakfast Conversations’ Harriet Barcella says that the idea of the network is built on the intention that women should have the opportunity to be inspired, to have interesting conversations, to be challenged and to connect through these ideas.

Henley Female Network Group provides an opportunity for personal and professional networking for women in Henley and surrounding areas. On the fourth Friday of each month, like minded women can come together in a welcoming environment which creates a space to learn, develop and grow while connecting with amazing women and becoming a part of a supportive community.

This month’s speaker is Harriet, she is Marketing Manager at the Chiltern Centre, Life and Mindset Coach at Harriet Barcella Coaching, governor at Badgemore School, advocate of local community and mum of three small children. She will be talking about managing the ‘juggle’, finding balance and looking for joy in everyday life.

She says, “for just one and a half hours each month (the fourth Friday of the month), prioritise yourself and join us when Henley FNG will meet over breakfast and be treated to an inspirational and personal account from a guest speaker and expert in their field.”

Previous speakers have included Niki Schäfer Interior Designer and Chair of the Henley Business Partnership who led a candid conversation about what works and what doesn’t, and how to be inspired to take on your dreams, and Imogen Walsh who spoke about her international development charity work, to international rowing, and finally to delivering rowing projects in the most unconventional of settings – from the Maldives to UK prisons.
