Pub in the Park announces a ‘lush’ line up of chefs and pubs for this years riverside festival.

Pub in the Park returns to it’s normal spring time slot of May (12th-15th) at Higginson Park in Marlow. This year the four day festival will be hosted by Tom Kerridge, popular celebrity chef Simon Rimmer and cooking royalty, two-star Michelin chef Michel Roux Jr.

The first pubs and restaurants have been announced too including brand new to Marlow, Made in Oldstead by Tommy Banks, Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown’s The Green Man, award winning Hoppers, serving Sri Lankan and South Indian inspired dishes and the The Bull & Last.

Fan favourites returning include; Kerridge’s very own The Hand and Flowers and The Coach, king of Indian cuisine, Atul Kochhar Restaurants, the legendary Andrew Pern’s The Star Inn, from the Great British Menu, Stephen Terry’s The Hardwick, The Mariners by the Paul Ainsworth and Joshua Moroney & Mursal Saiq’s Cue Point celebrating the best in British Afghan fusion BBQ.

Tom Kerridge said “We’re so excited to be bringing some seriously top notch chefs and their incredible pubs and restaurants to the towns we love this year. Food is at the very heart of what we do. I’ve had a sneak peek at the menus and I’ve definitely got my eye on a few of the dishes – we can’t wait for you to try them!”

The first music names for Marlow have been announced as well as, American soul sensation Sister Sledge (Thursday evening), age defying British boyband royalty in the form of McFly (Friday evening), one of the most famous electronic bands on the planet Faithless DJ set (Friday evening), super-star singer and song writer with a distinctive deep and incredible voice Rag’N’Bone Man (Saturday evening), Ibiza legend Judge Jules (Saturday evening), the legendary Craig Charles Funk & Soul Club (Sunday afternoon) and the queen of the kitchen disco Sophie Ellis-Bextor (Sunday afternoon).
