Henley’s Advent Goes Digital
The townsfolk of Henley have normally prepared themselves for a veritable feast of festive delights throughout December but of course, alas, it is a case of a pared down version this year. There is normally the Christmas Fayre to kick start the festive season, followed by hundreds of events including the award winning Henley Living Advent Calendar.
The Living Advent Calendar would normally run for twenty-four nights with perfomances dotted all over Henley whilst supporting local charities. This year there have had to be alternatives to our usual Christmas festivities and included a suggested Alternative Advent Calendar .
Henley Town Council has presented a Digital Advent Calendar where from the 2nd – 24th December there is a different trader who will be doing something special, fun or have a gift or offer.
