On the other side of the country in Jutland, Steen Skallebaek opened his first bakery in 1992. they then joined forces and Ole & Steen was born.

What can Henley expect? A proper Danish influence with their rye breads and rolls, Danish socials “comforting cinnamon, chocolate and almond socials are the height of hygge”, cakes and cream cakes, filled rolls, Danish open sandwiches, melting cheese toasties, cold press juices & smoothies and who doesn’t love a cheeky pølsehorn (Danish sausage roll with a frankfurter)!
