Love cheese and fancy having a go yourself? Multi award winning local organic cheesemakers Nettlebed Creamery have launched a series of cheese making courses.

Spend a day learning how to make cheese. The Cheese Making course will teach you how to make cheese, how to taste cheese and guidance on buying cheese.

As well as information on lacto-fermentation, the role of the gut microbiome, good farming practice and how not all milk is created equal.

And spending a day with like-minded curious people eating good food and making your own baby cheese to take home to mature.

    Classes run from 10am until 3pm and cost £145pp.
