The Terrace re-opens with Sunshine Flavours
The Terrace at the Red Lion Lawn on Henley’s riverside that popped up last year with drinks, food and events returns at Easter and for throughout the summer.
Every weekend (weather permitting) there will be a pop-up bar where customers can expect great guest beers and drinks along with fantastic food traders.
Saturday 16th April will see Heat and Soul with their Carribean flavours firing out the tastiest looking Mac & Cheese balls and Jerk Chicken burgers followed by the Valencian Supper Club and their incredible authentic paellas on Saturday 23rd April.
The Terrace will once again be supporting Riverside Counselling as their designated charity for the year with their first fundraiser on The Terrace on May 10th with food, drink and live music.
Philippa Ratcliffe who is running The Terrace says that The Red Lion Lawn is a community asset and a beautiful one at that and that they will be supporting local businesses and charities throughout 2022 as well as putting on different events and celebrating a true Henley summer now that we appear to be the other side of the pandemic.
The Terrace are inviting anyone to get in touch who may be interested in using or hiring the space, whether it’s for a work event, food & drinks, for performances after the hugely successful poetry night last year that took place on top of a barge moored up or for things like workshops, yoga to art classes. The space is to be enjoyed.
