It’s been quite a year for The Henley Distillery, launching not one but three expressions of Henley Gin and now Master Distiller, Jacob Wilson and his team are throwing open their barn doors this advent, inviting us all to immerse ourselves in the gin-making process.

During their 45 minute ‘Tour & Tasting’ experience, guests will learn about the traditional, artisan methods which make The Henley Distillery special. So special in fact that The Spirit Business, Gin Masters awards have just announced that they have awarded Henley Gin ‘Classic Dry’ a Gold Medal in the Ultra Premium category. Henley Gin ‘Rhubarb & Orange’ has been awarded a ‘Master’s Award’ (‘Pink Gin’ category) – the highest accolade possible and wonderful international recognition.

Guests at the Tour & Tasting will not only sample these two award-winning gins but also the newly launched ‘Oriental Spiced’ Henley Gin and all whilst enjoying a large G&T in the rustic surroundings. Drivers in the group will be furnished with a soft drink, their 50ml gin presented to them to be enjoyed at home.

Bookings are now being taken for sessions on Thursdays, Fridays and twice on Saturdays for £15 per person.

The Henley Distillery have teamed up with Time For Tea Vintage where Jacob will be hosting two festive gin-tasting evenings at the beautiful Woodland Lodge, Culden Faw on the 11th & 12th December as well as getting out and about at various Christmas markets and fairs in the area.
