I’ll have a beer with that – Bangin’ burgers, pizzas and gyros!

The quirky and really rather cool taproom, Echoes by Phantom Brewery in Gardiner Place, have introduced regular street food traders to their offering on Friday’s and Saturday’s. What could be better than enjoying tasting all the different beers on offer with some delicious food to soak up all the beery fun? Not much!

Along with all the excellent beers to choose from at Echoes, which you can quaff in 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and pint measures by the way, one of Henley’s food trader favourites Olives & Lemons has been rocking up on Saturdays and now they have invited along Pizza Please and Burgervore to join the line up.

Pizza Please (pictured above) will be slinging pizzas out this Friday (12th April) 5-8pm. Choose from Margherita, The Veggies, Mr Meaty, Hot Hot, The Funghi and wild garlic and herb dip pot.

Saturday regular Olives & Lemons‘ feast looks like this: Greek gyros served with fresh tomato, lettuce, seasoned red onion, homemade tzatziki and chicken, halloumi or both; Sweet potato fries topped with green harissa and crumbled feta; 4 cheese croquettes with homemade hummus and spanakopita with a honey drizzle and black sesame seeds. They will be serving up from 12.00pm – 7.00pm Saturday 13th April.

Finishing the lip-smacking new trader Street Food line-up is Burgervore – ‘burgers that hit different’. National Burger Awards winners in 2022 and finalist in 2024 have an awesome aged beef patty smash burger menu. We can’t wait! Burgervore will be smashing these beauties out on Saturday 20th April 12-8pm. Plus veggies burgers and seasoned and topped fries.
