Henley is welcoming a fresh new wellbeing initiative this summer as Park Yoga brings its free, community‑focused outdoor sessions to Mill Meadows. Beginning Sunday 5th May, residents of all ages and abilities are invited to enjoy a gentle, uplifting start to their Sunday in one of the town’s most scenic riverside spots.

Sessions will be led by local instructor Che, who will guide participants through an accessible hour of movement, breathwork and calm from 9.30–10.30am each week. The atmosphere is relaxed, family‑friendly and designed for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner, a returning yogi, or simply looking to unwind in nature.

Part of a national charity initiative, Park Yoga aims to make wellbeing accessible by removing cost barriers and creating welcoming outdoor spaces for communities to come together. Henley now joins more than 30 locations across the UK offering these free weekly sessions throughout the summer.

There’s no need to book, just bring a mat or towel, wear something comfortable, and turn up. For anyone seeking a peaceful, grounding start to the week, Park Yoga is a beautiful new addition to Henley’s wellbeing scene.
