Henley’s cultural pulse beats even louder this autumn as Hypergallery unveils Rock Legends Live, an exciting residency that resurrects the raw energy of 1980s rock through the lens of Zoe Wilson’s rediscovered archive. Running until 2nd November 2025, this exhibition is more than just a showcase.

Wilson’s work, shot on 35mm film and hidden from view for nearly four decades, stunned audiences during its debut at the 2025 Henley Festival. Now, her acclaimed collections Rock Legends, Rock Pimp, and Rock Vandal take centre stage in Hypergallery’s intimate setting, offering a visceral glimpse into the charisma of icons like Prince, Tina Turner, The Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, A-ha, and Bruce Springsteen.

Each image is presented as a signed, limited-edition artwork, available in striking formats that range from traditional giclée prints to cutting-edge new media works, such as glitter gloss canvases and iridescent screen prints. The emotional resonance of these pieces has already moved superfans, with some guests to the Henley Festival brought to tears during Zoe’s debut, a testament to their power and nostalgia.

Visitors can also explore Wilson’s luxury book THAT SHOT, which features highlights from her archive and includes a rare signed giclée print. For those eager to meet the artist herself, Zoe will be in residence at the gallery on select dates throughout October and early November, with a special signing event on 17th October (invite requests via emily@hypergallery.com)

For Zoe, the residency signifies a milestone.

“Henley Festival was a revelation, it was where I first met Emily in 2023, and this year, as I exhibited for the first time, I saw people connect so emotionally with my previously unseen images; it was overwhelming. This is Rock Legends Live’s first residency. It couldn’t be more fitting that it is at Hypergallery – where it all began”.
