Olympian Opens New Gym & Wellness Centre
Olympic oarsman and two times world champion Toby Garbett is the proud owner of TGgym & Wellness Centre which is opening it’s doors at 5pm on Friday 9th September.
Spread over 2 floors’, the brand-new gym (previously known as No Limits and Exclusively Ladies) is situated next to Tesco and will be showcasing it’s full makeover. The gym boasts brand new equipment, a Pilates studio, a generous class timetable, a café and five individual therapist rooms. Everyone is invited along to the open evening to celebrate and, if they want to, sample some of the many fantastic classes or therapies they have on offer.
Toby Garbett, Owner, commented “Henley-on-Thames has been my home since I first started rowing for Leander, culminating in competing at the Olympic Games for the GB Team and becoming a 2 X World Champion. I have long seen a gap in the local market for a space that not only provides excellent gym, personal training and exercise class facilities but also offers a calming space for holistic wellness. I am excited to be able to offer the full package at TGgym and Wellness. Our team of skilled and experienced personal trainers will be undertaking one-to-one sessions and classes including Nubodi Pilates, barre, spin, body pump, box fit, HIIT, stretch plus many more. We also offer a wide range of treatments and therapies including Bodymatters physiotherapy, India Eyelash, Ra-Ra aesthetics, Afterglow tanning and Skinsense beauty”.
Pierreponts Café completes the gym. They will be serving healthy, fresh and locally sourced food and drink both for those using the gym and facilities or to just pop in if you need a cheeky refreshment.
