Michel Roux champions Henley food scene in TV Show

Roux, Roux, Roux your boat…

In a new Food Network Show Roux Down The River Chef Michel Roux navigates the River Thames from his family restaurant The Waterside Inn at Bray and calls in to Henley-on-Thames in Episode 2 this Thursday (8th Feb).

The English-French, two-Michelin-starred chef goes on a river-based food journey, seeking out the most delicious restaurants pubs, and eateries along the bank of the River Thames.

Whilst in Henley he calls into Gabriel Machins butchers in Market Place to source some duck, peruses the Henley Farmers Market for local fresh produce and artisanal products, enjoys a delicious hot chocolate in The Chocolate Café and jumps aboard Hobbs of Henley‘s Lilibet to enjoy fabulous views of Henley from the river.
