Lovely Jubbly Henley Jubilee
Henley loves a bit of bunting, in fact Henley must be the bunting capital, we know what we’re doing on that front. Not only is it roll on Henley Royal Regatta and Henley Festival this year, we’re getting into practice early with The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee extended Bank Holiday Weekend 2nd-5th June and the events are flooding in.
From Street Parties to BBQ’s, River Cruises to Live Music, a Royal Dinner and even a bit of jousting, it’s all happening in Henley and all of our wonderful surrounding villages. The shops in Henley are looking Jubileetastic with a competition for best dressed window. There are some pretty cool ones out there, can you spot a Red Arrows flypast? Why not have a wander around town and pick out your favourite.
If Naughty Mutt Nice’s window (pictured above) with illustration by Nicola Sutherland is anything to go by, it’s going to be a tough decision.
For the decision of where to go and what to do, to make things easier we have a dedicated page to all Platinum Jubilee Events happening in and round Henley, just click on the image below:
