Henley Literary Festival Supper Club at The Red Lion
“Fine food, superb wine and the magic of words”.
The Henley Literary Festival have launched their inaugural HLF Supper Club event. This exciting evening will be held on Wednesday 26th March in the Marquee at The Red Lion in Peppard Common.
Dinner will be served on long, supper club tables, perfect for conviviality and sharing the joys of the food, wine and stories.
Part-owned by the Laithwaites family, the Red Lion is set on Peppard village green. Their chef will prepare a delicious six course menu which will be expertly paired with six exceptional wines from top winemakers around the world.
Each course will be introduced by the Red Lion team, while Laithwaites host, Grant Hedley, will talk through each wine.
Throughout the evening there will also be story telling and readings. The event promises to be a feast for all senses – a celebration of literature, wine and food infused by expertise and personalities.
