Henley Human Repair Café for people rather than broken toasters

Henley’s newest community initiative, the Human Repair Café, is set to launch on Thursday 13th November and it’s all about bringing a little calm, connection and care to your week. Hosted by Seed Wellness Henley at The King’s Arms Barn (just behind the Town Hall), this free weekly drop-in runs every Thursday lunchtime from 12.30–2.30pm. It’s a relaxed, café-style space where anyone can pop in for a friendly chat, a mini wellbeing session, or a simple self-care tip. No booking, no pressure, just a warm welcome.
Think of it like a traditional repair café, but for people rather than broken toasters. Whether you’re feeling frazzled, sleep-deprived, or just in need of a breather, the Human Repair Café offers a gentle reset. Each week, different members of the Seed Wellness Henley team will be there from hypnotherapists and nutritionists to yoga and spinal flow practitioners, sharing practical tools and kind conversation. Topics will vary, but the vibe stays the same: inclusive, informal, and heart-led.
The initiative is completely free and open to all. It’s a chance to experience Seed Wellness’s thoughtful, community-first approach in real time with cups of tea, friendly faces, and expert guidance. Just drop in, take a breath, and leave feeling a little lighter.
