Using the Experience Henley Card app is really easy. Once you have signed up for your card you will receive an email with an activation code and links to download the app. Download the app from the app store. To activate just click on ‘REGISTER’ button. Enter your code and you’re good to go.
Once you’ve activated the card you can start browsing the offers via the drop down category menu.
To claim any offer in person you need to show your membership card. To do this, you can either ‘CHECK-IN’ and select the nearby offer or click ‘CLAIM’ (You must be within 150m to check-in or claim)
Mobile producers & market traders with offers will have a QR Code to scan to show your membership card.
If there is a drop in service or no signal, no worries as the app will know this and will provide a prompt to ‘VIEW CARD’.
