We’re thrilled to be partnering with Roebuck Estates for a beautifully curated wine dinner, where every course is thoughtfully paired with a standout vintage from their award‑winning collection.
Throughout the night, expert Julien Le Pévédic will guide you through each wine, sharing the craft, passion and stories behind every bottle. It promises to be a memorable experience for lovers of great food and remarkable sparkling wine.
The menu has been created to showcase balance, seasonality and elegance. It begins with a delicate Baked Feta & Heritage Tomato Crostini, paired with the crisp vibrancy of Roebuck Classic Cuvée. A refined Dover Sole Ballotine follows, matched with the depth and complexity of Blanc de Noirs. The main course celebrates local provenance with an Oxfordshire Minted Lamb Duo, complemented by the expressive Rosé de Noirs. To finish, a Lemon Mascarpone Cheesecake brings a bright, silky finale, once again lifted by the Classic Cuvée.
