Learn how to cook with your senses to create a family-style spread of delicious dishes exploring the punchy flavours from this unique cuisine.
A hands-on, 3 hour class, with guidance and demos from Chef Tania, you’ll learn how to make your own ghee and chapatis and how to temper spices perfectly for curries and pickles.
Using native ingredients including tiger pepper, coconut, curry leaves, matta rice, fiery chillies and smoky kudampuli, you’ll prepare a colourful, aromatic feast to taste and enjoy with the rest of the class.
