Henley Literary Festival
Henley Literary Festival is established as one of the UK’s biggest book festivals. The 2022 Festival line-up was our biggest yet with over 130 events for adults and children. The line-up included the likes of Olivia Harrison, Melvyn Bragg, Lucy Worsley, Chris Patten, Mel C, Paterson Joseph, and many more. We also have children’s events, ranging from astronaut Tim Peake’s guide to the universe to Kevin and Katie Tsang’s action-packed Dragon Rising.
Our stellar line-up extended to our fantastic programme for schools and with the support of Arts Council, we were able to stream them all to classrooms and school halls. Our line-up included Pamela Butchart, Sufiya Ahmed, Phil Earle and Stuart Lawrence and Steven Lenton.
The Festival was launched in 2007 and previous speakers have included John Mortimer, Theresa May, Doreen Lawrence, John Major, Julia Donaldson, Richard E. Grant, Candace Bushnell, John Sentamu, Cressida Cowell and Graham Nash.
The 2023 Henley Literary Festival programme will be release in early July 2023.
