On Saturday, April 12th, Oaken Grove Vineyard will host an exhibition by award-winning botanical artist Karen Musgrave Hill. Renowned for her contemporary, realistic botanical illustrations, Karen has now ventured into creating original, one-of-a-kind glass vessels.

Her striking glassworks are crafted using intricate layering techniques, featuring her own botanical designs. By blending decoupage and gilding methods, Karen brings her artistic vision to life, resulting in beautifully unique pieces.

Karen’s artistic achievements have earned her significant recognition, including a prestigious gold medal from the Royal Horticultural Society for her pen-and-ink Chrysanthemum series.

This exhibition marks the launch of Karen’s glass collection, showcased alongside a selection of her new and existing botanical artworks. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Oxfordshire vineyard, Oaken Grove, the event promises a wonderful gallery experience.

Visitors can also purchase local cheeses, Italian charcuterie platters, wine, tea, and coffee on the day.
