Each Fourth Friday of the month, we  provide a supportive and welcoming environment where conversations flourish, connections are forged, and friendships are born. Take time for yourself and come along to expand your personal and professional network as you connect with like-minded women.

This month Judith Katz will be talking about Spinning plates, dropping balls and losing marbles: why you feel out of control and what you can do about it. I don’t know about you – but this feels VERY needed!

This month, Judith Katz will be talking about how your brain’s executive functioning skills enable you to plan, stay organised, focus your attention and control your impulses… or not! If you relate more to the latter, Judith will share some research-backed strategies to help you get back on track.

Judith set up in private practice after more than 20 years working with children, teens and adults in a variety of educational settings. Her roles have included whole-class teaching from KS2 to A-Level; pastoral mentoring; one-to-one support in SEND departments and private tutoring; running life-skills and philosophy therapy groups and delivering research-based interventions. She now works with individuals and businesses to support clients with executive functioning challenges. Judith’s work is enhanced by her own experience of neurodivergence, which makes her particularly well placed to anticipate, understand and empathise with issues that might arise when the wheels come off. She also loves an analogy, so expect a few of those!

If you are interested in speaking at our Breakfast Conversation events, we would love to hear from you!
