From Missteps to Milestones: Celebrating failure, treading the unexpected path and finding joy in the journey

This month our host Harriet Barcella will be taking the hot seat to talk all about failure. It’s easy to celebrate success and look down at failure as something to be avoided at all cost. But look back at your life and I’m sure you’ll find that moments of perceived failure have been at the start or heart of some of your biggest growth phases, some of your most exciting moment. If we haven’t failed, quite frankly we probably haven’t pushed ourselves hard enough. So come and listen to my personal story and the many, many twists and turns that have brought me to where I am today. Let’s celebrate failure like never before!

This won’t be one of those ‘my biggest weakness is working too hard’ sort of talks… These will be real, sob with despair type failure moments! And the real dance with joy type growth that followed them…
