Enchanted Forest Escape Room Kids Experience comes to Henley

A free Escape Room for ages 7-10 is coming to Henley in June!

The Enchanted Forest Escape Room is a magical adventure for children as they journey through the forest, tackling puzzles and challenges to crack the code and escape! It will test their skills, knowledge, encourage teamwork under pressure, and, most of all, ensure they have fun in an immersive experience.

A terrible toad has locked away the ancient gemstones that power the forest’s magic. Without them, the forest is failing – but there’s hope! There are clues to a hidden key scattered around the forest.

Children will enter the first room, The Dark Den, at ten minute intervals and it takes half an hour to work their way through Butterfly Hill, Rose Valley and other enchanted areas. Along the way they will use their knowledge, including in maths, geography and science, to collect clues to unlock the treasure box.

The Abbey School is hosting the Escape Room at Christ Church, Reading Road, on Saturday 14th June. First entry is at 10am with the final adventurers entering the forest at 4pm.

Headteach, Dr Sarah Tullis, says “We can’t wait to welcome children to experience The Abbey School’s Enchanted Forest Escape Room. We hope they will love the challenges of independent thinking and teamwork and, most importantly, have a lot of fun.”

Craft activities will also be available and you’ll be able to enjoy free refreshments.

Parents are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee and a brownie while their child goes on a brilliant adventure.

To guarantee entry to the Escape Room you are advised to book in advance as spaces are limited. Simply sign up your 7-10 year olds below.
