Don’t stick your horseradish there!
What an absolute joy Caroline Quentin was at the Henley Literary Festival pop up last night at Christ Church with her new book Drawn to the Garden. Interviewed by Editor-in-Chief of Good Housekeeping Caroline talked to a packed hall of fellow gardening enthusiasts.
She talked about her love of beetroot and leeks, where not to stick your horseradish and where her passion for the soul enriching outdoors and the garden came from. Talking about fears, a few tears and lots of cheers for this delight of a book that Caroline has wittily crafted with her words and illustrations.
Plus Caroline’s top tip to wear an apron if you’re partial to a bit of naked gardening!
“Caroline has found her tribe with fellow green fingered people on Instagram and now has translated all those conversations ,tips, recipes and a few re-worked children’s fairy tales into this brilliant new book.” – Henley Literary Festival
