Crockers Lebanese Banquet Box
Are you planning to fire up the barbecue this weekend? Crockers of Henley introduce their Lebanese Lamb Barbecue Banquet Box
This veritable feast is enough for four VERY hungry people and is an authentic taste of the Middle East. Created by one of their talented Head Chefs, Iain Dixon. This is outdoor dining Crockers-style or as they like to put it ‘lockdown luxury’.
Each banquet box contains:
* A whole shoulder of lamb from @gabrielmachinbutcher marinated in Iain’s secret Lebanese Seven Spice blend
* Fattoush with preserved lemon, Gordal olives and brioche croutons
* Orange and fennel seed bulgur wheat with parsley
* Homemade flatbreads dressed with clarified butter and z’atar
* Roasted garlic houmous
* Mint oil & yoghurt
The lamb shoulder has already been cooked for 7 hours, so all you need to do is reheat it on the barbecue, pour over the honey and tamarind glaze and serve! Easy peasy.
