This is a stonker of a picnic pie.
This award winning pie from Fosse Meadows famous for their free range, slow grown chickens is their take on the classic Leicestershire hot water crust pie, but with a Fosse twist.
Slices of free range chicken, and gammon sandwiched between the traditional peppery, nutmeg-seasoned pork mince. If you like a traditional pork pie this will take things to new level.

We have spotted this Toffee Apple Pie being sold at the wonderful Hambleden Village Stores. By the way, this is a great little shop, stuffed with local goodies and produce in case you’ve never popped in.
Home grown apples gently stewed with citrus, Tonka bean & cinnamon and diced home grown apples. Homemade toffee with black treacle to evoke memories of childhood toffee apples. All encased in homemade bourbon vanilla seed pastry with a cinnamon & nutmeg sherbet. Sounds ACE!
