Breakfasts & Burgers at Buddy’s

Smashed avocado with eggs for breakfast along with proper dirty burgers are heading your way courtesy of Buddy’s which will be opening in early June at Henley Railway Station.

In what was Tubbies Diner, brothers Joshua Beech, environmental conservationist and former Street Food trader, and Charlie Beech, chef, who live within a stone’s throw of the station will be setting up their new venture to serve the people of Henley awesome breakfasts and burgers that you never knew you needed…until now.

With Buddy’s incoming, the Boathouse and Daisy Love, Henley’s Southside is really starting to pack serious foodie punch.

Josh said that they have been looking for a while to open somewhere in Henley after running a successful street food business selling fish & chips and burgers whilst at university in Devon.

Sustainability and quality food will be at the heart of what they do and what they produce. Josh is passionate about the environment as his ‘day job’ is endeavouring to do everything he can to remove micro plastics from the planet. Josh is the founder of Nurdle and has designed and engineered micro plastic removal machines for removal and upcycling of marine debris machines from UK coastlines.

The brothers plan to open Buddy’s from 6am in the morning to ensure that Henley commuters can be well served for the day ahead and then running throughout the day and into the evening with proper burgers, cocktails and beers.

We can’t wait for them to open their doors.
