Ceramics – Make your own Christmas Decorations
GET FESTIVE with The Henley School of Art in a glorious Christmas Workshop, they will be making both tree hanging decorations and tealight lanterns ready for your tree.
A wide range of examples will be provided for to get inspiration from and Debbie will demonstrate the ways to achieve the best results using templates, formers and textures. You will also learn how you can enhance the decorations you’ve made, once they are fired.
At the end of the session, Debbie will dry the decorations and lanterns, fire and glaze them and return them to you approximately 3 weeks after the Workshop.
All materials and equipment are provided so you don’t have to bring anything with you; although if there is something special you would like to use, such as a textured piece of fabric, then please feel free to bring it along.
The workshop cost of £60 includes all materials, glazing and firings, as well as refreshments.
