This Saturday, 24th October, Honk! partners with Henley’s Regal Picturehouse for a special 20th‑anniversary screening of It’s Nice Up North, the cult comedy documentary starring Graham Fellows’ beloved alter ego, John Shuttleworth.

The event also serves as a tribute to the late Martin Parr, the celebrated photographer whose unmistakable visual style shaped the film’s charm and enduring appeal. Parr not only shot the movie but brought his legendary eye to a remote Scottish island, adapting his still‑image techniques for a film crew in ways that remain fascinating two decades on.

Graham Fellows will be in attendance for a post-screening Q&A, reflecting on his creative partnership with Parr—both on and off screen—and sharing insights into how the photographer approached the project’s unique setting and tone.

The conversation will be hosted by Tom Ryan, founder of Honk!, Henley & Marlow comedy nights.
