In this class hosted by Sushi expert and Japanese native Tomono you will learn all about Sushi making. This includes:

• Rice making demonstration
• Sushi rice seasoning demonstration
• Sushi making
• 2 x smoked salmon temari with yuzu zest
• 2 x prawn temari with hint of shiso dressing
• 2 x herring temari topped with dill
• 2 x crab meat and wasabi mayonnaise gunkan
• 6 x Japanese plum seasoning and cucumber hosomaki
• 1 x Yuzukosho marinated sashimi grade salmon temaki

At the end of the session you will sit down to enjoy the meal that you have made as well as an earthy vegetable Miso Soup, boiled edamame with truffle oil and Maldon sea salt and matcha affogato
