St Mary’s Church Flower Festival
A perfect way to cool off in the hot weather is to pop into St. Mary’s Church in Hart Street for their first Flower festival from Tuesday 30th June – Sunday 5th July 9am to 6pm.
There will be 27 floral displays to view from participants from all walks of Henley life – schools, solicitors, Henley Town Council, estate agents, clubs, societies, shops, churches, individuals and the Henley Royal Regatta.
The theme is ‘All things bright and beautiful’, so expect a wonderful array of displays and ideas. There is no fee to view the flower festival though the church is hoping that people will donate generously as all proceeds are going towards their new lighting system which they hope to install later this year.
You can also enjoy lunch or tea at the Regatta Cafe in the Chantry House next to the church.
