Experience Henley is reviving the tradition with a monthly Experience Henley Social Club After Work Drinks gathering at various venues around town. The first two socials took place at Côte Brasserie and The Duke.

A wine expert, fashion designer, and digital architect walk into a bar…

…along with an event organiser, clinical hypnotherapist, soon to be celebrant, FX payment specialist, podcaster, photographer, graphic designer, high street retailer, that’s just a glimpse of the brilliant mix of businesses and people who joined us at the social at The Duke last month.

This month we’re heading to Gardiner Place (Market Place Mews for the golden oldies of Henley) and Echoes Beer Bar on Thursday 14th August 5-7pm, where MOMO Bros will also be in residence if you’re feeling peckish. Their momos are ace!

Echoes is a brilliant taproom located in the heart of Henley with a really cool vibe. Their beer is excellent and brewed just 8 miles away at Phantom Brewery. If you love an IPA , this is the place for you. You will also find excellent sours and pilsners. But don’t worry non beer lovers, the guys & girls at Echoes serve local wine and gin too, plus cider and soft drinks.

If you haven’t been to Echoes yet, this is a great opportunity to check it out while mingling with old and new friends, colleagues and fellow Henley locals.

For those driving, Kings Road Car Park is adjacent to Gardiner Place. And if you’re arriving by train, it’s a 10 minute walk.

So many people work from home and you miss out on those moments of I guess, just general chatting and friendship…this was such a nice way of bringing so many people together.
