The Stonor Valley Vineyard offers a delightful experience for nature enthusiasts and photographers alike with its sunflower field open for visits and picking.

This seasonal event, running from 1st August until mid-September, invites visitors to immerse themselves in a sea of vibrant sunflowers. A leisurely stroll along the 1km path provides a perfect backdrop for stunning photographs, with the gentle bobbing of sunflower heads in the breeze adding to the beautiful setting.

The vineyard thoughtfully accommodates guests with benches throughout for picnic stops and free parking, making it an ideal location for a family outing.

Remember to take secateurs along to pick your chosen sunflowers to take with you, adding a touch of summer to your home.

There is a “pick your own” donation box at the bottom of the field, suggested donations are £2 per stem or 3 for £5. All donations go to charity.
