Enjoy the evening with a two-course Parisian-inspired menu from Millars Eatery:
MAIN COURSE – Provencal Lamb
Locally sourced from the lush Chiltern Hills (direct from Bill Chiltern Lamb), this tender neck fillet is gently seasoned with fresh herbs, slow-cooked to perfection, and paired with a crisp summer greens salad. The tangy Dijon vinaigrette and creamy Jersey Royal potatoes complete this homage to the French countryside.
Summer Ratatouille (vegetarian option)
A celebration of seasonal vegetables—sun-ripened and locally grown—cooked in a fragrant tomato sauce, crowned with luscious crumbled goat’s cheese. A taste of the Mediterranean, served with the season’s finest produce.
All served with classic French baguettes
Baked to golden perfection, this crispy baguette is served warm with whipped salted utter—a simple yet irresistible pairing for your meal.
DESSERT – French Lemon Tart
A crisp, buttery pastry shell encasing a zesty lemon curd that dances on the palate, served with a silky creme fraiche and topped with vibrant Fresh Raspberries for a perfect balance of sweetness and tart.
Gates open at 6.00pm midday, and the music will start at 7.30pm.
