Henley Swim is now in it’s 20th year, and the Classic was where it all began, back in 2004, when two rowers decided to swim the Henley Royal Regatta Course early one morning.

Fast forward 20 years and this completely unique swimming event has a loyal following, and attracts new adventurers every year to take on the 2.1km Regatta Course as the sun rises over the Thames.

This is the only opportunity you will get to swim this world-renowned stretch of the river free of boat traffic, as you pass all the famous Henley Regatta landmarks including the Barn Bar, Phyllis Court and the Members’ Grandstand.

You will be rewarded with a huge feeling of accomplishment as the church and bridge come into sight in the early morning sun, and you reach the end of your swim at the Official Regatta Finish.

Post-event coffee and breakfast await you as you share stories with fellow swimmers, full of endorphins, and marvel at what you have achieved all before breakfast!

Due to the limited window of time we have (The swim starts at approx. 4am and boats return to the river at 6.30am) we have limited places.
