You don’t need snow to GLOW
Henley’s first winter music festival GLOW Henley returns to Leander Club from November 26th to December 3rd.
GLOW will feature a Bavarian Beer Party, an evening of Jazz and three epic, apres-ski style party evenings.
With music from local favourites such as JG Collective, Brother Strut and DJ Jamie Taylor, as well as an Oompah band, beatbox sensations DUKE and the highly rated Jazz Defenders, guests can expect six evenings of incredible entertainment underneath GLOW’s heated marquee.
Food is available on-site courtesy of Leander Club’s chefs and hotel rooms can be booked at the club too.
GLOW is brought to you by two local businesses, Eight Ray Music and Twenty One Twelve Marketing. Henley residents may remember the pair’s first collaboration for Henley Lockdown Fest, the virtual festival which raised nearly £25,000 for the NHS and local mental health charity, Riverside Counselling Service, during lockdown.
This year GLOW will be used as a platform to support Riverside Counselling and Ben vs Duchenne. To help support these causes, local resident and former Olympic ski athlete, Graham Bell, will also be hosting ‘Skid Games’ at GLOW. Skid Games involves a range of competitive ski themed activities where participants can win prizes – with donations going towards Riverside Counselling and Ben vs Duchenne.
GLOW is on a mission to inspire, support and bring festive party vibes straight to the local community.
